My development journey is very personal, it is my experience alone and I only share this experience in hopes to inspire others to do so too and Just be happy…

I can tell you it's not an easy one, the more I learn and grow it's the more mistakes I make. You see with mistakes you do learn some valuable lessons but there's this annoying phase you first sink in what I call the "shock cushion", which hurts so bad to a point that, you're just ready to give up on this happiness lifestyle because the world is cruel anyways. But I had to quickly snap out of those thoughts because I realized that there's actually nothing but depression and regret waiting for me if I stop now.

SHOCK CUSHION

The decision to keep at it meant that I should first change my mind set, seek out my motive and envision my success. You can also add something if you think it would help but I was and still am, pretty sure of one thing, it's not going to be easy and resilience is needed. What I got to realize is that even though there's still that stinging sensation when I make mistakes, it does not hurt as much as it did the first time and hopefully I will get better at this happiness lifestyle.

You know meditating is not just closing your eyes [Now I know], the world is too noisy and loud and will sink you back to that shock cushion. So you need just listen to your own tune, dance to your own beat and just move to your rhythm undisturbed.
