“The miseries of life are divided into three categories, namely miseries arising from the body and mind, miseries arising due to living entities, and miseries arising due to natural calamities. A sane man must look to eliminate these miseries and thereby become happy in life.”(AUTHOR)

To truly appreciate life and become happy, one needs to acknowledge the fact that misery is part of being alive and should take comfort in knowing that they are still alive.

You might not be a Christian, but the story of Jesus Christ is one of the most inspirational stories that I’ve ever read. It all depends on how you look at it, for you to get the inspiration out of it. Leave the hate of the religion and listen to the lesson the story provides. No one who has lived knows misery that the Son of God, who the Christian Bible call Jesus Christ. As much as he was suffering, He remained a sane man with a happy life, as much as people in His time I assume thought He was delusional to think of himself as the Son of God: The Messiah, but still He was able to eliminate all these miseries and only did good through out his life until his death.

ELIMINATE THE MISERY

The mind and body can only be influenced by an individual. You choose the type of mindset you will have, You choose the lifestyle that you want to live, therefore any misery you might have because of the mind and body are your own doing. So why not eliminate the misery we cause to our own selves by first focusing on ourselves and choosing to take the good deals in life. Purify your senses, there’s a lot to choose from, don’t be deceived by false promises of happiness, know yourself and know happiness.

Didn’t Jesus Christ do the same? Even though they called him insane, but he stood strong and knew who he was: The Son of God

We shouldn’t assume all the bad stuff we experience only comes from those who hate us, our family and friends are also capable of making us experience the same. And if we wish to eliminate this misery, one needs to forgive and just allow love into his life, because they’re still human too who make mistakes.

Was Judas not Jesus Christ's disciple when he betrayed Him? He was and for some time and even devoted to his teachings. Jesus knew of his betrayal before hand and still forgave him even know he knew the betrayal would lead to His own death. Misery caused by living entities is out our control, you just have to tell your haters to go to God.

Natural calamities are out of our control, and for us to eliminate the miseries we need to accept that we have no control over them. We are imperfect beings and it’s in our nature as human beings, you just have to accept it as Jesus Christ also did. Even after being held in a cross, He said to his heavenly father: Forgive them lord, for they know not of what they are doing.

In our pursuit of happiness we take lessons as they come as life offers so many of them, even if they might seem insignificant but they could have a huge impact in our lives. We should focus on doing good and remember that if we are faced with calamities, it means that we are still alive. Jesus Christ also went through them, but he remained happy through out his life. He had pure senses and therefore was a sane man with a happy life.

So eliminate the miseries in your life mchana and Just be happy
