To inspire confidence

FINDING YOU OWN EXISTENCE

How do we inspire confidence when we lack it ourselves, how can you, be an inspiration to those who need confidence the most when you lack it yourself. Working for an organization like mine that inspires requires for me to have confidence in myself before I can represent it.

We get to worry too much about bending and sticking to the rules that we forget what we actually stand for as an organization, we get so tangled up with what we are supposed to be doing and not supposed to be doing that we lose faith in our own selves. I don’t really blame anyone who loses it, especially when rules and procedures are being constantly shoved in our faces all the time. We are told what to do and what not to do on a daily basis. We don’t get to have a say in most of our daily routines that we often get to lose ourselves in all the dos and don’ts of the organization.

Before joining an organization ask yourself, does it align with my values and beliefs? How do I represent my organization without losing myself? It’s important to know yourself first and the kind of environment that we may be suitable for before attempting to get involved in it. Blindly following the rules of an organization without these considerations often leads many people to stay from their true selves.  They often can’t differentiate between their own principles and organizational rules.

I don't know why we associate confidence with the outside world whilst it still needs to start from within. We try to measure up with the outside world and leave the environment which is within our existence. What is your environment and what does it require for you to do and be to ensure existence is carried on through survival? Finding confidence in your existential environment requires synergy with your self.

You need to first find confidence in your own self before you can hope to inspire anyone. You need to take time to your own self to get to build anyone else. Know yourself and be yourself before you can inspire any confidence from anyone else. Inspire confidence mchana and just be happy because that’s all you’ve got,  yourself!
